This certification can not be used as a document in support of any withdrawal, transfer or rollover of the said deposit/treasury note(s).

3.     During the validity period of this certification, the said deposit/treasury note(s) cannot be withdrawn or cashed from the bank by the applicant. However, under applicable laws, rules or regulations of the PRC, a judicial, administrative, governmental authority or other similar entity has the right to freeze, deduct or transfer the said deposit/treasury note(s).

4.     The applicant has the right to withdraw the said deposit/treasury note(s) after returning all the original CERTIFICATION OF DEPOSIT BALANCE.

5.     This CERTIFICATION OF DEPOSIT BALANCE is not negotiable. The loss of this CERTIFICATION OF DEPOSIT BALANCE will not be replaced.

6.     This CERTIFICATION OF DEPOSIT BALANCE is the original and can’t be amended. Any duplicate or copy is invalid.
