电视剧通则出台：早恋同性恋及转世等不得出现（中英双语）

据媒体周三报道，两家电视剧行业相关组织联合发布了新的电视剧通则，该通则规定涉及同性恋、婚外情、未成年人早恋的内容不得出现在电视剧中。

The new guidelines - jointly issued by the China Television Drama Production Industry Association and the China Television Production Committee of the China Alliance of Radio, Film and Television on December 31 - advised that certain types of content should not be shown in television series, media outlet sina.com.cn reported.

据新浪网报道，该通则由中国电视剧制作产业协会和中广联电视制片委员会在12月31日联合发布，通则建议一定类型的内容不应该在电视剧中出现。

"Uncommon sexual relationships and sexual behaviors" such as same-sex romance and "unhealthy marriage values" such as extramarital affairs and one-night stands are defined as pornographic and vulgar content and therefore cannot be included in TV dramas, the guidelines read.

该通则写道，“不正常的性关系、性行为”如同性恋和“不健康的婚恋观”如婚外情、一夜情被定义为淫秽色情和低俗内容，因此不允许出现在电视剧中。

Additionally, the guidelines advised that "bad behaviors" by juveniles should be prohibited from television screens, including "underage love, smoking, drinking and fighting," as well as "exaggerated poses."

此外，通则还规定表现未成年人“不良行为”的内容不得出现在电视剧中，如早恋、抽烟酗酒、打架斗殴及“人物造型过分夸张怪异”等。

Superstitious and feudal ideas, such as reincarnation and witchcraft, and detailed crime investigation scenes that may inspire criminals were also discouraged.

宣扬封建迷信的内容，如轮回转世，巫术作法和暴露侦查手段、侦破细节，可诱导罪犯掌握反侦查手段等内容也不能出现。

The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television (SAPPRFT) ordered the strengthening of online series supervision on Saturday, following the removal of some dramas involving bisexual romance and pornographic content.

国家新闻出版广播电影电视总局（广电总局）在删掉一些网剧中含有的双性恋内容和色情内容后，在星期六下令加强对网剧的监管。

Li Jingsheng of the TV drama administration bureau under SAPPRFT said that the administration will shortly announce stricter policies on the modification of online drama content.

广电总局电视剧管理司司长李京盛表示，有关部门将在短期内宣布对网络电视剧内容修改更为严格的政策。
