首台小面额ATM机落户苏州（中英双语）

希尼尔翻译公司（www.sinosenior.com.cn）2015年10月29日了解到：10月26日，江苏银行苏州分行投放了一台提供4种小面额纸币自助取款服务的ATM机，这将是国内首台提供该服务的ATM机。市民可以选择5元、10元、20元和50元4种不同面额的纸币，而通常情况下，ATM机只能取出一百元纸币。An Automatic teller machine (ATM) Owned by the branch of Bank of Jiangsu in Suzhou City will now provide small denomination notes, claiming to be the first in the country to offer such a service. The ATM allows people to withdraw 5, 10, 20 and 50 yuan notes. Normally only one hundred yuan notes can be withdrawn from ATMs.


据了解，这台ATM机在外形上与普通ATM机没什么不同，但在市民取款的交易页面上多了选择票面类型的环节，自助完成支取小面额钱币(small denomination notes)的全过程(entire process)，不受银行营业时间的限制。

Appearing the same as ordinary ATMs, the small notes ATM provides 24-hour service.
从外观上看，小面额纸币ATM机和普通自动取款机一样，且可提供24小时服务。

配备一机投放多币种券别ATM机的银行网点，也可以有效缓解柜面取兑压力(help relieve the pressure of long queues in front of bank counters)。接下来还会有更多商业银行在人流量大(large flow of people)、业务量大的(large amount of business outlets)大型网点配置此类ATM机，预计到明年上半年，全市投放的此类ATM机总量可达到20台左右。

此项服务拓展了创新成果(expand innovation)，也进一步优化了人民币流通环境(optimize the RMB circulation environment)。目前，市民通过不同的自助设备不仅能够支取纸币，还可以把手里的硬币换成纸币完成“零兑纸”的过程，或者把纸币换成硬币用来乘车等。（来源：英语点津）
