（一）、财富管理服务：

(I) Wealth Management Service

招商银行对公财富管理体系涵盖存款类、银行理财、信托、保险、基金、私募等不同风险等级、不同收益水平、不同流动性的产品，各类产品互不相同，各有特点，形成了一个完善、系统的财富管理产品体系，我行拟针对曼福管理咨询公司的具体需求及资金情况提供单独产品定制服务及多产品立体分层管理服务。

CMB public wealth management system covers deposits, banking finance, trustee, insurance, funds, private placement and other products with varying risk level, profit level and fluidity. These products are different from each other and have formed into a complete and systematic wealth management product system. We intend to provide private product customization services and multiple product level-based management service in light of the detailed needs and funds availability of Manfu Management Consulting Co., Ltd.

招商银行对外资保险公司财富管理服务主要包括：

CMB wealth management services for foreign invested insurance companies mainly include:

1.可直接购买我行或者第三方机构发行的理财、基金、资产管理计划等各种产品，提供稳健安全的收益。

1. Foreign invested insurance companies may directly procure the financing, funds or funds management products issued by CMB or third party institution, whereby acquire stable and safe profits.

2.招商银行将企业融资项目或存量信贷资产设计成集合信托、理财产品等金融产品，再由保险资金在符合监管条件下直接投资认购，提供较其他单一产品较高的收益。

2. CMB will integrate corporate financing projects or stored credit loan assets into financial products covering trustee and financing products etc, which will be available for direct investment and subscription by insurance funds upon meeting regulatory conditions, which will provide better profits than other simple products.

4. CMB works with various large scale domestic futures companies and large quantity of commodities trading institution for a long time, and has professional trader team in Shanghai, which will provide derivatives trade for insurance such as options and futures etc.

（二）、企业在线银行服务：

(II) Enterprise Online Banking Service:

招商银行的现金管理的基础服务渠道方面：网上企业银行U-BANK、企业手机银行、银企直联三大渠道，为企业提供全天候便捷的金融服务；网上企业银行除了可以实现本账户的结算业务外，推荐使用集团账户业务，母公司和其子公司均在招商银行开户的情况下，通过子公司授权，将子公司账户纳入母公司开立的网上企业银行管理，实现母公司通过同一编号的网上企业银行对集团内所有账户的各种业务操作。将集团企业所有在招商银行系统内开立的结算账户纳入同一编号的网上企业银行管理，集团母公司的系统管理员登录系统后可以管理所有的账户。这样可以根据贵公司的业务需要开立公司各级机构结算账户，并由我行予以监管，配合总公司需要及时对账户进行查询。

CMB has the basic service channels for cash management: online enterprise bank U-BANK, enterprise cell phone bank, bank-enterprise direct linkage, which will provide all-wealth and more convenient financial service for enterprise. Online enterprise bank will realize the settlement business of the account, in addition to which we recommend the use of group account business in which event parent company and subsidiary will open banking account in CMB. Subsidiary may authorize to incorporate its account into the online enterprise account opened by the parent company, in which event parent company will realize the business operations of all accounts of the Group by the online enterprise bank account of the same number. By integrating settlement accounts opened in CMB bank by the Group into the management under the same number online enterprise bank account, system administrator of the parent company may manage all accounts upon logon. In this event, you may open settlement accounts at all levels of institutions in light of your business needs which will be supervised by us, and your headquarters may realize timely check of the accounts.

企业手机银行涵盖全时财务管理、移动支付结算、移动投融资、全时电子商务、贴身金融助理5大业务类别，涉及20余项常用产品和服务，解决公司在移动商务活动中所面临的种种困境。支持全部可上网移动终端设备，包括商务手机、智能手机、便携式上网终端、MID（Mobile Internet Devices）移动互联网设备等。

Enterprise cell-phone bank covers all-time financial management, mobile payment settlement, mobile investment and financing, all-time e-business, financial assistant, which involves over twenty frequently used products and services and will resolve various hardships confronted by companies in mobile business activities. It will support all network accessible terminal devices including cell-phone, intelligent cell phone, and portable online surfing terminal, Mobile Internet Devices (MID) etc.

（三）、专职客户经理服务：

(III) Full-time Customer Manager Service

招商银行制定专职服务小组为曼福公司服务，服务人员包括东海路支行行长助理赵文胜及1-2名客户经理。支持电话交易，专职服务小组全天候为企业提供服务；对不能支持电话操作的交易类型，服务小组可上门提供服务；对需要至银行柜台进行现场操作的交易类型，服务小组将全程陪同并提供代理纸质表格填写服务。

CMB will set up full-time service tem for Manfu Company, and dispatch Zhao Wensheng, Donghai Road Branch Director Assistant, and 1-2 customer managers. It will support telephone-based transaction, and the full-time service team will provide all-weather services for enterprises. For transactions unavailable to be handled through telephone, service team will provide door to door service. For transactions required to be handled at the banking counter, service team members will accompany all along and provide paperwork completion service.
